How To Make Prawn & Egg on Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until crisp.

  2. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan.

  4. In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry until desired doneness.

  5. Place a fried egg on top of each toasted bread slice.

  6. Arrange prawns on top of the eggs.

  7. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley.

  8. Serve immediately.
