How To Make Prawn & Egg on Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Toast the bread slices until crisp.

In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry until desired doneness.

Place a fried egg on top of each toasted bread slice.

Arrange prawns on top of the eggs.

Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve immediately.
