  • 16 slices of bread
  • 200g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Cut the crusts off the bread slices and then cut each slice into 4 equal squares.

  3. Place the bread squares on a baking tray and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  5. Add the cooked prawns to the sauce and toss until they are evenly coated.

  6. Place a spoonful of the prawn mixture onto each bread square, spreading it evenly.

  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley or a lemon wedge, if desired.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
