How To Make Prawn Cocktail Squares

- 16 slices of bread
- 200g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the crusts off the bread slices and then cut each slice into 4 equal squares.

Place the bread squares on a baking tray and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden and crispy. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add the cooked prawns to the sauce and toss until they are evenly coated.

Place a spoonful of the prawn mixture onto each bread square, spreading it evenly.

Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley or a lemon wedge, if desired.
