Ingredients

  • 200g prawns, cooked and peeled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.

  2. Add the cooked prawns to the sauce mixture and gently toss to coat.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Toast the bread slices and place a lettuce leaf on each slice.

  5. Divide the prawn mixture evenly among the bread slices.

  6. Top with another lettuce leaf and cover with the remaining bread slices.

  7. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters.
