Ingredients
- 2 pink grapefruits, segmented
- 200g prawns, cooked and peeled
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together tamarind paste, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes (if using) to make the dressing. Set aside.

In a large serving bowl, combine grapefruit segments, prawns, avocado slices, red onion, and cilantro.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
