Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried oregano, and dried thyme.

  3. Add the steak bites to the bowl and toss until they are coated in the garlic butter mixture.

  4. Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.

  6. Flip the steak bites halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.

  7. Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
