How To Make Mini Prawn Cocktails

- 1 cup cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked prawns to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the sauce.

Place a lettuce leaf in each serving glass or dish.

Spoon the prawn mixture over the lettuce leaves.
