How To Make Mediterranean Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure each fillet is coated evenly.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives around the salmon fillets.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
