How To Make Salmon Baked with Herbs & Caramelised Lemons

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped dill, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the salmon with the caramelised lemons on top.
