How To Make Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place a sprig of rosemary on each fillet and lay a few lemon slices on top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the Lemon Rosemary Salmon with additional lemon slices on the side.
