  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
