Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spinach tagliatelle
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spinach tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the smoked salmon to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking apart the slices.

  4. Stir in the lemon juice and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve the smoked salmon and spinach tagliatelle hot, garnished with fresh dill.
