How To Make Smoked Salmon & Spinach Gratin

Ingredients
- 10 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 8 oz fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large skillet, wilt the spinach over medium heat until cooked down. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Layer half of the spinach on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the smoked salmon, then half of the cheese sauce. Repeat the layers.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
