How To Make Lemony Prawn Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

Pour in the lemon juice and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the lemony sauce.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serve the lemony prawn pasta hot and enjoy!
