  • 4 hake fillets
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Toss the sliced potatoes in the paprika oil mixture until evenly coated.

  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  5. While the potatoes are baking, season the hake fillets with salt and pepper.

  6. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  7. Cook the hake fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  8. Serve the hake fillets on top of the crispy paprika oil potatoes.

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
