How To Make Hake with Paprika Oil Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 hake fillets
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix together the paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Toss the sliced potatoes in the paprika oil mixture until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the potatoes are baking, season the hake fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Cook the hake fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Serve the hake fillets on top of the crispy paprika oil potatoes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
