How To Make Serrano Pepper and Paprika Roasted Potatoes
Roasted potatoes with a kick of Serrano pepper and smoky paprika.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Serrano peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, Serrano peppers, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast potatoes for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
