How To Make Serrano Pepper and Paprika Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes with a kick of Serrano pepper and smoky paprika.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Serrano peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, Serrano peppers, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast potatoes for 35-40 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
