  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, and vegetable oil.

  3. Season the mackerel fillets with salt and brush them with the soy marinade.

  4. Place the mackerel fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the grilled mackerel from the heat and serve with lime wedges.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
