How To Make Grilled chicken & noodles (Bun ga nuong)

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.

Grill chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice grilled chicken into thin strips.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked rice noodles with the sauce mixture until well coated.

Divide the noodles among 4 plates and top with sliced grilled chicken.

Garnish with green onions, cilantro, chopped peanuts, and lime wedges.
