  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the fish steaks on both sides with the olive oil mixture.

  4. Place the fish steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the fish steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the grilled fish steaks with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
