How To Make Grilled Fish Steaks

- 4 fish steaks (such as salmon or tuna)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Brush the fish steaks on both sides with the olive oil mixture.

Place the fish steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
