How To Make Fisherman’s Grilled Swordfish Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks, approximately 6 oz each
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and drizzle marinade on both sides.

Cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove swordfish from marinade and place on the grill grates.
