Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks, approximately 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and drizzle marinade on both sides.

  3. Cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Remove swordfish from marinade and place on the grill grates.

  6. Grill for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
