  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 small red chili peppers, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crispy fried shallots
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped chili peppers, lime juice, fish sauce, and honey. Mix well.

  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.

  3. Spoon the mango mixture into individual cup-shaped bowls or glasses.

  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves, roasted peanuts, and crispy fried shallots.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
