- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 small red chili peppers, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon crispy fried shallots
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped chili peppers, lime juice, fish sauce, and honey. Mix well.

Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
