- 8 Little Gem lettuce leaves
- 200g prawns, cooked and peeled
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the prawns, diced mango, red onion, red chili, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.

Place the Little Gem lettuce leaves on a serving platter.

Spoon the prawn and mango salsa into the lettuce cups.
