How To Make Mahi Mahi Tacos with Mango Salsa Recipe
A delicious taco recipe with tender Mahi Mahi and fresh mango salsa.

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 large mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub Mahi Mahi fillets with taco seasoning and olive oil.

Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Warm tortillas on the grill or in a pan for 10-15 seconds on each side.

Assemble tacos with Mahi Mahi fillets and mango salsa.
