How To Make Easy Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb of white fish fillets
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, flake the white fish fillets using a fork.

Add breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the fish cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon juice.
