How To Make Crunchy Cabbage & Prawn Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, thinly sliced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- dressing:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, spring onions, cilantro, peanuts, and sesame seeds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and ginger to make the dressing.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the prawns until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked prawns to the salad bowl and pour the dressing over the salad. Toss to combine.

Serve the crunchy cabbage and prawn salad immediately.
