Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 3 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced green onions, chopped almonds, and sesame seeds.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the dressing.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  5. Serve the salad chilled.
