How To Make Cabbage and Bacon Salad

This crunchy and flavorful salad is topped with crispy bacon and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, red onion, and parsley.

  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Top with cooked bacon and serve.
