  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, red onion, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and parsley.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
