How To Make Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Grill the tilapia for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro to make the mango salsa.
