Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Grill the tilapia for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  4. In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro to make the mango salsa.

  5. Serve the grilled tilapia topped with the mango salsa.
