Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and chopped parsley.

  4. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the baking dish and pour the heavy cream over them.

  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the fish.

  6. Top the fish with the breadcrumb mixture.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
