How To Make Charred Asparagus, Smoked Salmon, Shrimp & Rye Crumb

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 8 oz cooked shrimp
- 1 cup rye bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.

In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add rye bread crumbs and cook until crispy and golden brown.

Arrange the charred asparagus, smoked salmon, and cooked shrimp on a platter. Sprinkle with crispy rye crumbs.
