  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup rye bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.

  3. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add rye bread crumbs and cook until crispy and golden brown.

  4. Arrange the charred asparagus, smoked salmon, and cooked shrimp on a platter. Sprinkle with crispy rye crumbs.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
