How To Make Sweet Chilli Sauce
A delicious and tangy sauce that adds a sweet and spicy kick to any dish.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of red chili peppers, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of water

In a small saucepan, combine the chopped chili peppers, minced garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and water.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
