Ingredients

  • 1 pound of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

  3. Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the flour mixture.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Fry the shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Transfer the fried shrimp to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
