Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.

  4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

  5. Sprinkle paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the shrimp, mixing well.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve Cajun shrimp with lemon wedges on the side.
