Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of the lobster shells and remove the meat, leaving it attached at the tail end.

  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.

  4. Grill lobster tails for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with the butter sauce.

  5. Remove from grill and serve with additional butter sauce on the side.
