How To Make Lobster with Lemon & Herb Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of the lobster shells and remove the meat, leaving it attached at the tail end.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.

Grill lobster tails for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with the butter sauce.

Remove from grill and serve with additional butter sauce on the side.
