  • 1 pound sea scallops
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  3. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Dip each scallop into the beaten eggs, then coat it evenly with the bread crumb mixture.

  5. Place the breaded scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  6. Lightly spray the scallops with cooking spray.

  7. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
