Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Dip the mushroom slices into the beaten eggs, then coat them with the flour mixture.

  4. Dip the flour-coated mushrooms back into the beaten eggs, then coat them with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded mushrooms in a single layer in the basket.

  6. Spray the mushrooms with cooking spray. Close the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve the air fryer fried mushrooms hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
