  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.

  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until coated evenly with the seasoning mixture.

  4. Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.

  5. Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are pink and cooked through.

  6. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve the air fryer lemon pepper shrimp hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
