- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery

- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
