Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven broiler.

  3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them under the broiler until lightly golden.

  4. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on each bread slice.

  5. Top each slice with a slice of cheddar cheese.

  6. Return the baking sheet to the broiler and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
