Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 4 sandwich rolls or buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, miso paste, and soy sauce to make the miso mayo spread. Set aside.

Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.

Drizzle some olive oil on the grill or grill pan and cook the steak slices for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

While the steak is cooking, lightly toast the sandwich rolls or buns.
