  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the rye bread slices until golden brown.

  3. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture onto each slice of toasted rye bread.
