Ingredients
- 8 slices of rye bread
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/2 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cut each slice of rye bread into 4 smaller squares.

Brush one side of each bread square with melted butter.

Place the bread squares, buttered side down, on a baking sheet.

Spread a teaspoon of thousand island dressing onto each bread square.

Top each bread square with a small piece of corned beef.

Spoon about a teaspoon of sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.

Top each square with a small piece of Swiss cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
