Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  5. Slowly mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well combined.

  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini egg halves.

  7. Roll dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
