Ingredients

  • 4 mini bagels
  • 8 slices of salt beef
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mustard
  • 1/4 cup of pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Slice the mini bagels in half horizontally.

  3. Layer a slice of Swiss cheese and 2 slices of salt beef on the bottom half of each bagel.

  4. Spread mustard on the top half of each bagel.

  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is heated through.

  6. Remove from the oven and top each bagel with pickles and arugula.

  7. Place the top half of each bagel on top of the bottom half to assemble the sandwiches.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
