- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
