- 4 chorizo sausages
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
