How To Make Warm Rice & Prawn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add prawns, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until prawns are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lemon juice. Toss well to combine.

Add the cooked prawns to the rice mixture and gently toss to incorporate.
