  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (such as sesame, poppy, and sunflower)
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the mixed seeds.

  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin, oval-shaped flatbread.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly puffed.

  6. Serve the seeded flatbreads warm with your favorite dips or spreads.
