How To Make Super-green mackerel salad

Ingredients
- 2 mackerel fillets
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or broiler.

Season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill or broil the mackerel fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and mint.
