How To Make Avocado & Citrus Dip with Spicy Spuds & Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- For the Avocado & Citrus Dip:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Spicy Spuds:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- For the Tortilla Chips:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth. Add the lime juice, lemon juice, minced garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, and salt until well coated. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut the tortillas into triangle shapes. Brush each triangle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them in a single layer on another baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and lightly golden.
