How To Make Red cabbage with Bramley apple & walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 Bramley apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the red cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, until slightly softened.

Stir in the Bramley apples and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage and apples, stirring well to combine.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

Stir in the walnuts and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
